Leading Change and Organizational Renewal was developed by Professor Michael L. Tushman of the Harvard Business School and Professor Charles A. O’Reilly III of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Developed through a collaboration between Harvard Business School and The Stanford School of Business , this Multimedia Resource presents short video clips of Michael Tushman and Charles O'Reilly teaching the concepts. It delivers examples of best practice as short video stories, complete with interviews and examples of how the company applied the concepts

Short multimedia tutorials explain key frameworks. A workbook provides a logical, step-by-step approach to applying the learning to real work. These materials allow employees to share in the learning process, and get to the same level of understanding, so they are ready to participate in applying the concepts to their situation.

Module 1: Solving Today's Problems
If leaders don't manage well for today, there will be no tomorrow. This module introduces a five-step problem-solving process to help senior managers and their teams manage for the short term.

Module 2: Building the Ambidextrous Organization
Leaders who want to manage for both the short and long term must build ambidextrous organizations. This module helps senior teams determine whether their companies are ambidextrous organizations, and how to design and lead these types of companies.
